OUTDOOR DIY PROJECT| RECYCLE YOUR VACATIONS| WIND CHIME| GARDEN IN THE CITY

After a while, social distancing gets old, so old that you don't know what to watch on Netflix, you tried Hulu, watched every video on your Youtube feed and now...you are ready to go out! Out where though? We have to stay at home...

How about your patio, that one that you have neglected for a year, or maybe the yard that you dread mowing the lawn or the abandoned "storage looking" balcony in your city apartment?

HERE IS  DIY PROJECT #3  BEACH VACATION WIND CHIME

πŸƒ Hang this piece in your outdoor area, on a tree branch, or wherever you are going to sit around, it produces a unique sound that is very relaxing.

πŸƒ Pick a good looking piece of wood/stick, this is not only the support but also part of the decoration, you can also paint it to match your outdoor decor pieces.

MATERIALS

SEASHELLS
SEA SNAILS SHELLS
SEA GLASS
STICK
TWINE

🌼 STEP 1 Pick one and "thread" the twine into any hole in the piece and tie a knot.

🌼 STEP 2 Leave 2 inches and do the same with the second piece.

🌼 STEP 3 Continue to do the same with 5 strings leaving 5 inches at the end to tie it to the stick.

🌼 STEP 4 Attach another piece of twine to the top to hang the piece.

πŸƒ If you don't have twine, use whatever you have around, even the sewing kind.

πŸƒ Just choose seashells, sea glass and sea snail shells that have holes, or somewhere to "thread" the twine thru, you can always use something to create a hole BUT it never looks as pretty as the natural ones. You can do it either way.

πŸƒIt is better to alternate them for a better looking, balanced wind chime.
