Lety: I want to share our Journey from a tiny beach town in Montevideo Uruguay, to Salt Lake City, Utah where we realized after 18 years that the city life was not for us, however, it was not the end, so we decided to go on a quest to find our little piece of heaven on earth and after looking for almost an entire year we closed on our 2.3 acres wooded property in Southern Oregon in the beginning of 2018, paid in cash, with lots of dreams and goals to make it into a Homestead. So by the grace of God we are here, my family journey left Portugal after the war, settled in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina, many years later the Lord called us North ... so here we are. This is the story of hope, dreams, hard work and lots of faith. So if you are a grandson/daughter, great grandson/daughter or even great great great grandson or daughter, hi... this is me the old grandma that started the story of your life here up north, I hope you find comfort in knowing how everything started, and how sacrifice and diligent faith in our Creator, led us in this journey. Praise God, he is good to us all the time!
