2 CUPS OF FLOUR = 0.22¢
2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR = 0.11¢
5 TEASPOONS OF BAKING POWDER = 0.19¢
1/4 OF A TEASPOON OF SALT = 0.19¢
2 EGGS = 0.32¢
1 1/2 CUPS OF MILK = 0.27 ¢
1/4 CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL = 0.09¢
🥞 STEP 1- Put the Flour + Sugar + Baking Powder+Salt in a bowl.
🥞 STEP 2- Add Eggs+ Milk+ Vegetable Oil
🥞 STEP 3- Mix enough that the dry ingredients incorporate into the wet ones.
The mixture should be thick and lumpy.
🥞 STEP 4- Cook in a hot griddle or frying pan with a little bit of oil covering the surface.
Flip when bubbles break on the surface and edges begin to dry.
Makes 15-18 Pancakes depending on the size that you make them.
